Our coaching is provided under the duty of confidentiality set out in the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics. We do not disclose what you share in sessions to any third party (including people at your company) without your consent. In systems coaching, the team or the relationship itself is treated as the client, so what you share, including in pre-session interviews and in contact outside the sessions, is shared with all participants. We obtain the consent of all participants to this before the coaching begins. Sharing with anyone other than the participants (including the company or sponsor) is limited to what has been agreed in advance. This does not apply where disclosure is required by law, or where the life or safety of you or a third party is at stake.

We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

In providing the Services, we use the following external services and entrust them with processing information to the extent necessary. The handling of information by each service follows that company’s privacy policy.

• Scheduling and booking services
• Video conferencing services
• Email and document management services
• Leadership assessment: Leadership Circle (processing of Leadership Circle Profile responses and results)
• Spam protection for the contact form: Cloudflare Turnstile (processing of your IP address at the time of submission and the information used to determine whether the sender is a bot)
• Storage of inquiries: Cloudflare D1 (the content of your inquiry, and your IP address and browser information at the time of submission)
• Notification of inquiries: Slack (notification of the inquiry type, company name, name, email address, and the first 500 characters of the message)

To understand and improve how this website is used, we use a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies. This analytics does not identify or track visitors as individuals. In addition, to understand how many times the booking and consultation buttons are pressed, we record on our server the page and the type of button pressed. These records contain no information that identifies visitors. Records from asahata.coach are received on the same server.

We take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access to, loss of, and leakage of the personal information we collect.

We respond promptly and in accordance with the law to requests from individuals for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, and the like of their personal information, after confirming their identity. Please contact us at [email protected].
