Starting with the LCP and a debrief
The Leadership Circle Profile® (LCP) shows how you are seen by your manager, peers, direct reports, and others across two domains, Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies, and we read the results together in a 120-minute LCP debrief. We then continue with sessions once or twice a month and measure again with the LCP every 12 months.
- Term: Creative Competencies
- Key leadership behaviors and internal assumptions that contribute to a leader’s effectiveness.
- Term: Reactive Tendencies
- Self-limiting tendencies and behaviors that reflect inner beliefs and assumptions limiting effectiveness, authentic expression, and empowering leadership.
Coaching packages for companies
For a company, department, or similar unit, we provide individual coaching for multiple members as a package of reserved capacity. The client can flexibly decide how much to allocate to each member.
Coaching with the LCP will start after certification as an LCP practitioner by Leadership Circle. Individuals can apply through asahata.coach.
