Initial consultation (60 min, free)
We hear about your organization’s situation and challenges online and sort out the options together. It does not assume a contract.

Proposal and estimate
We propose an approach and fees individually, based on scale, duration, and team setup.

Contract
Duration, team setup, and fees are agreed in writing.

Delivery
Diagnosis over a fixed period, design and adoption on a monthly retainer, working alongside both leadership and the front line.

Review and renewal
We review the results and decide whether to continue or change the scope.

Frequently asked questions
How are fees determined?
We provide an individual estimate based on scale, duration, and team setup. Agile coaching is on a daily or monthly retainer. Organizational transformation starts with a diagnosis over a fixed period, followed by design and adoption on a monthly retainer.
How long does an engagement last?
From a one-off consultation to a long-term engagement. Systems coaching is a program of about six months, and leadership coaching measures again with the Leadership Circle Profile every 12 months.
Can you visit us in person?
Yes. Support after a contract can be online or in person. The initial consultation is held online.
Can you support work that spans multiple teams or departments?
Yes. We offer support for multiple teams working in parallel, systems coaching for leadership teams and departments, and coaching packages for companies that provide individual coaching for multiple members from reserved capacity.
Can we have coaching for a team and individual coaching for its members at the same time?
Yes, as part of agile coaching support. While working inside the team, we also coach individuals such as product owners, Scrum Masters, and leaders in parallel. Systems coaching is different: it coaches the team as one unit and does not take the side of any member. For that reason, we do not provide individual coaching to members of that team during the same period.
How much of what is discussed in coaching is shared with the company?
Before coaching begins, the client, the company (sponsor), and the coach agree on what information will be shared and how. Session content is never shared outside what has been agreed. How exceptions such as disclosure required by law are handled is agreed at the same time. This follows the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics.
Can you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
Yes. We sign one on request.
Can I apply as an individual?
Individual applications are accepted through asahata.coach.
